Warranty Policy

GLOWOLF is committed to delivering high-quality diesel truck performance parts. This Warranty Policy describes the warranty coverage provided for products purchased from www.glowolfdiesel.com.

1. Warranty Coverage

GLOWOLF warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all warranty claims.

2. What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including but not limited to:

  • Material defects present at the time of manufacture
  • Workmanship defects affecting product function or structural integrity
  • Premature corrosion, cracking, or failure under normal operating conditions
  • Welding defects or structural failures

3. What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

  • Improper installation — including installation by unqualified individuals, use of incorrect tools, or failure to follow included instructions
  • Misuse or abuse — including use beyond the product's intended design specifications, racing abuse, or off-road abuse beyond normal conditions
  • Normal wear and tear — including cosmetic fading, surface oxidation, or minor finish deterioration over time
  • Modifications or alterations — any modifications, customizations, or alterations made to the product after purchase
  • Accidents or external damage — including collision, fire, flooding, road debris, chemical exposure, or acts of nature
  • Negligent maintenance — failure to perform routine maintenance as specified for the product
  • Incompatible vehicle applications — use of a product on a vehicle for which it was not designed or specified
  • Improper tuning or calibration — damage caused by aftermarket tuning, programming, or calibration that exceeds manufacturer specifications
  • Labor costs — costs associated with removal, installation, or diagnosis of the product
  • Consequential or incidental damages — including towing, rental vehicle costs, loss of use, or damage to the vehicle or other components

4. Warranty Remedies

Upon validation of a valid warranty claim, GLOWOLF will, at its sole discretion, provide one of the following remedies:

  • Repair the defective product
  • Replace the defective product with the same or a comparable product
  • Refund the original purchase price of the defective product

If the exact product is no longer available, we may substitute a comparable product of equal or greater value.

5. How to File a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Gather Information

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage
  • A description of the issue, including when it was first noticed and under what conditions
  • Your vehicle make, model, and year on which the product was installed

Step 2: Contact Us

Send all warranty claim information to service@glowolfdiesel.com with the subject line "Warranty Claim — [Your Order Number]."

Step 3: Review and Response

Our team will review your claim within 1–3 business days and respond with:

  • Approval or request for additional information
  • Instructions for returning the defective product (if required)
  • An estimated timeline for repair, replacement, or refund

Step 4: Return the Product (if required)

If we request the return of the defective product, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. The product must be returned within 14 days of receiving the return instructions. Please package the product securely to prevent further damage during transit.

Step 5: Resolution

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your warranty claim within 3–5 business days and notify you of the resolution.

6. Warranty Limitations

  • This warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from GLOWOLF or authorized retailers
  • This warranty does not extend to products purchased from third-party sellers, auction sites, or unauthorized distributors
  • Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period
  • Any unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly of the product will void this warranty
  • This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose

7. Relationship to Return Policy

This Warranty Policy covers manufacturing defects that arise during normal use within the warranty period. It is separate from our Refund & Return Policy, which covers returns for any reason within 30 days of delivery. If your issue falls within the 30-day return window, you may choose to process it through either policy.

8. State Law Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
